When you book our services, you will recieve access to your own customizable planning portal, complete with and customized checklist. budget management, notes, design studio, guest list manager

Six to eight weeks before your wedding we will have an in-depth meeting to discuss all the details. We will also review your vendor contracts and planning checklist. From here, we will create a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day which we share with your vendor team. In the few weeks leading up to your wedding we handle all vendor confirmations and handle any last minute logistical issues that might arise.

With wedding management, you’ll have unlimited email communication and access to our online planning system, Aisle Planner, to help manage vendor information, set up and breakdown details, as well as a wedding week timeline. 

 

Upon Booking:

  • Access to personal online planning portal, Aisle Planner (customized checklist. budget management, notes, design studio, guest list manager)


6-8 weeks out:

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Act as the point of contact between client and vendors

  • Detail meeting to work out any last minute planning or logistical needs

  • Create complete timeline for wedding day, including ceremony and reception, and share with all vendors


Wedding Week:

  • Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors

  • Coordinate rehearsal with (or without) Officiant


Wedding Day:

  • Coordinate all aspects of wedding day ceremony and reception

  • Oversee check-in and set up of rental items

  • Coordinate all deliveries and set up of decorations in accordance with vendor contracts

  • Coordinate distribution of final payments and gratuities

  • Provide wedding day emergency kit (including floral tape, stain remover, etc.)

  • Organize and set up stationary items such as escort cards, place cards and menu cards.

  • Conduct final lighting, sound and temperature inspection prior to guest arrival

  • Conduct final seating and table check prior to guests welcomed to reception

  • Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ

  • Cue guest of honor and family for special moments including: cake cutting, toasts and dancing

  • Serve as point person for all vendors—cueing timing throughout event

  • Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges

  • Collect any celebration elements and gifts

  • Double check return/pick up of all rental elements from caterer and floral designer
